1. Who we are
Severina AI ("Severina") is a service of Pillar Corp Global, Harare, Zimbabwe ("we", "us"). Contact: info@pillarcorpglobal.com.
2. What Severina is
Severina is an AI assistant that helps small businesses keep records, write marketing content, take meeting notes and answer customer questions. It gives general information and help only. It is not an accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, auditor or financial adviser, and nothing it produces is professional, tax, legal or investment advice.
3. You stay in charge
- AI can make mistakes, for example misreading a receipt. Entries Severina suggests stay drafts until you confirm them. Check your records, invoices and posts before relying on or publishing them.
- You are responsible for your business, your tax returns, your dealings with customers and what you publish.
- Severina's website chat answers customers using the details you give us. Keep your products, prices and contact details up to date.
4. Packages, fees and fair use
- Severina setup is free. Website and app builds, monthly fees and domains are charged as agreed when you sign up.
- Each package includes a monthly allowance of Severina actions and meeting-note minutes. When it's used up, Severina pauses until the next month or until you upgrade.
- Monthly fees are paid in advance. If a fee is unpaid, we may pause your system after reminding you. Your records stay available for you to export for at least 60 days.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Severina for anything illegal, to mislead or defraud people, to send spam, to impersonate others, to collect other people's personal data without a lawful reason, or to record people without their consent. You must tell everyone in a meeting that it is being recorded and get their agreement before uploading it.
6. Your content
Your business records, posts and notes belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Severina uses Google's Gemini AI to process your requests (see the privacy policy).
7. Availability
We work to keep Severina available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features marked "coming soon" are plans, not promises.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses from relying on AI output you did not check. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We'll give you an export of your records on request. We may end the service for serious breaches of these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
